CURRENT RESEARCH FOCUS: Methodology development for the rapid construction of pharmaceutically relevant alkaloids. Specifically, the application of inter- and intramolecular aza-[3+3] annulations using (a)chiral catalysts. Research supported by American Foundation for Pharmaceutical Education Pre-Doctoral Fellowship (2009); Patricia Z. Resch University of Wisconsin Distinguished Graduate Fellowship (2006), and NIH funding of the Richard Hsung Group.

Professional Memberships: American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), American Chemical Society (ACS), American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS).
