In addition to meeting the Requirements for Admission to the Pharmacology & Toxicology program, students who are not currently enrolled at UW-Madison must apply and be admitted to the University of Wisconsin - Madison as undergraduate students. Students must be admitted to both the University of Wisconsin - Madison and the the School of Pharmacy's Pharmacology & Toxicology program in order to enroll in the Pharm & Tox program.
