Forgot my password and/or username

If you forget your username and or password, click the "Lost password?" link under the log-in.


Then enter your username or email address. (Do not enter both, we have found that they system often fails if you enter both)


This will prompt the system to send you an email containing your username and a new password. If you do not get the email it most likely is for one of two reasons: either we do not have the proper email address for you on file, or your system maybe blocking our message from getting through. Either way you will need to contact us to get your user name and password. You can contact me by email or by calling 608-890-0312.

Note: When the system resets your password it creates a combination of two random words and a number. If you would like help changing your password, click here for those directions.
