The Instructional and Information Technology (IIT) team provides a broad range of services to the School of Pharmacy community.

So that you receive help as quickly as possible, we ask that all requests for assistance be submitted to the Pharmacy Help Desk. An IIT staff member who has specialized knowledge about your query will contact you to provide assistance.

When submitting a request to the Help Desk, please include:

  1. A detailed description of the problem
  2. Your name and contact information (room & phone number),
  3. Time(s) between 8AM - 4PM Monday - Friday when you and your equipment will be available.

The more information we have up front, the more quickly we can help resolve your problem.

Note: Please understand that the IIT department cannot fix all problems. Some issues (such as bugs in commercial applications) are beyond our control and cannot be fixed until the vendors release the appropriate patches. For some issues, we may need to contact DoIT or another outside source for assistance.
