Room & Audiovisual Equipment Reservations

1. Start up the panel screen.
2. Press the power button on the document camera. The light for the power button will turn green to indicate it is on.
   
   
   
   
3. Place your document on the working surface area.
4. Select the Doc Cam button on the panel screen.
   
   
   
   
5. Select the SEND to Proj. button on the panel screen.
   
   
   
   Note: Mute is activited by clicking on the Mute Center Proj. button. The button turns green when the digital projector is on mute.
   
   
   
   
6. To adjust the size of the projected document, use the ZOOM scroll wheel. Scroll down toward the "one person" icon to zoom in. Scroll up toward the "three person" icon to zoom out.
   
   
   
   
7. Turn off the document camera when you are finished. To do this, press the power button.
