The typical workflow for project initiation involves:

  • Client Inquiry
  • Execution of Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA)*, if applicable
  • Review of available drug substance information, if applicable
  • Preparation of a formal project proposal
  • Agreement of project scope

Projects can be conducted under several mechanisms including:

  • Client purchase order
  • Limited scope testing under existing CDA
  • Execution of Material Transfer Agreement*
  • Execution of Fee-For-Service Agreement +
  • Execution of Research Agreement*
  • Provision for multiple programs upon implementation of a Master Services
        Agreement +

Following definition of project scope and completion of applicable agreement, the project activities will commence.

Project completion will typically conclude with a Technical Report provided to the client.

Based on provisions in the project proposal and/or agreements, billing is handled through the School of Pharmacy Business Office.
